I am starting 6 weeks ‘Strength and Conditioning Courses’ with 6 – 10 people on each course, allowing me to design the course to benefit everyone and give specific help. Each week will be progressive, so you clearly benefit and feel the results by week 6.
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years and am passionate about helping people gain confidence in their ability both physically and mentally. This ranges from helping people recover from injuries to having the confidence to achieve new goals.
