A yoga practice that gives plenty of attention to alignment, teaches movement with breath and allows participants to move safely and fluidly into shapes in a way that benefits them the most.
This practice is similar to Vinyassa Flow in many ways, only the postures are held for somewhat longer, allowing students time to find their most optimum alignments, meaning they are able to find a sense of ease in the shapes, whilst working the strength element a little harder than in some classes.
