Beginner classes are designed for those who have never done Pilates before or want to go over the basics after a long break.
For these participants a slower pace is adopted to suit personal development, focusing on technique, working on strengthening muscles to support the skeletal structure, stabilising core engagement, and improving mobility and flexibility.
