The practice begins with some gentle breathwork, before moving the body, exploring different shapes and sensations. Focusing on alignment, strengthening and lengthening the body, releasing tensions and stresses then closing the practice with a gentle stretch and guided meditation. Classes are suitable for beginners and also those looking to deepen their practice as different variations of the poses are offered throughout. Please message for more details.
